The project developed with partners from Romania and Bulgaria led Fondazione Etica to develop a grid of indicators on administrative transparency and accountability of public bodies, applicable to different levels of government and across Member States.
In accordance with the project's objectives, training sessions were organized at public administrations to share the developed methodology, which is based on a dual-perspective analysis of the integrity of organizations: internal to the organization, assessed through a specially developed perception questionnaire, and external to the organization, based on open data collection and the organizations' level of accountability.

The training sessions were invaluable opportunities to explore the crucial role of transparency, not only within the Italian regulatory framework but also at European and international levels, and to identify best practices to develop to strengthen the reputation of public administrations.
