Full professor of Civil Law at the University of Milan, he is the author of numerous publications (essays, articles and judgment notes) on the subject, above all, of the law of obligations, contracts, banking and financial markets and of four volumes title Regulatory and Regulatory Contracts, Padua, Cedam, 1994 and The Subject of the Transaction, Milan, Giuffré, 1999, Contractual discipline of the market and robotic decision, Brescia, Scholé - Morcelliana, 2020; The contract through its object, Bologna, Il Mulino, 2022; volume editor Private Autonomy and Independent Authorities. Lawyer and founding partner of the Gitti and Partners law firm in Milan, he coordinated, as legal adviser, any of the parties in the most important corporate mergers and integrations, at the national level, in the banking and financial sector as well as in the industrial sector in the sector energy, aviation and welfare; he has also received assignments for consultancy and opinions pro veritate by major financial, banking and insurance institutions as well as by public bodies, independent and governmental authorities.
Founder and Director ofObservatory of Civil and Commercial Law, magazine published by Il Mulino, the first Italian legal journal accredited by Scopus. Member of the editorial board of the Journal of Private Law, published by Cacucci Editore. Member of the Scientific Evaluation Committee of the Journal of Civil Law, published by Cedam.
He is a founding member of two publishing houses operating in the artist's book niche as well as a founding member of the Castello di Perno agricultural society.
He has held numerous administrative positions in listed companies, such as Ansaldo STS SpA, Edison SpA, Sabaf SpA
Deputy of the Chamber of Deputies in the XVII Legislature as well as member of the Commission I (Constitutional Affairs), of the Commission II (Justice), of the Commission VI (Finance), of the Committee for the Regulation, of the Board of Appeals, of the Study Commission for the drafting of the principles and guidelines on the subject of guarantees, rights and duties for the use of the Internet.

She is part of the Expert Group on Public Administration and Governance of the European Commission – DG Reform.
Since 2008 she has been co-founder and honorary president of Fondazione Etica, which deals with the evaluation of the PA, transparency and prevention of corruption.
In 2015 she founded and chairs the Public Rating Agency; since 2017 she has been the coordinator of the GovLoc Lab of LUISS – Icedd.
She is a member of the Multistakeholder Forum of Open Government Partnership Italia, Astrid Foundation, Social Italy Foundation, LIBenter and Inequality and Diversity Forum.
She collaborates with the European Commission-DG Regio and with the World Bank-GPSA; with the Ministry of Public Function, the Ministry of Regional Affairs, the PdCM - Agency for Territorial Cohesion, Anac; with some Regions and Municipalities with Anci Lombardia.
She has been a lecturer for several Universities such as the Federico II in Naples, Tor Vergata in Rome, the one in Perugia, Cattolica in Milan, as well as for the National Federation of the Knights of Labour, for ANAC, for Legambiente. She was Vice-President of the CER (European Research Centre). She worked in the field of Public Administration research for CENSIS, CNR (National Research Council), University of Florence, IRTSA (Research Institute on the State and the Administration) and collaborated with the UN as analyst of the Holy See Mission in New York.
Author of many articles and papers, her texts are periodically published by Il Corriere della Sera and LUISS Open, as well as on Huffington Post, Italia Oggi.

Alongside his entrepreneurial activity, he combines charitable and cultural activities: he is a member of the board of directors of the Beretta Foundation for cancer research, the Being a Child c/o Spedali Civili Association, The Circle Italia Onlus, and is the President of the Restoration Club of the Poldi Pezzoli Museum Foundation.

He is currently Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of REP Srl – Research Center on Public Bodies, research spin-off of Fondazione Etica.
He is a member of the Board of FISDE (Supplementary Health Fund for Employees of the Enel Group).
After graduating in Geology, he worked for many years in the energy sector and associated services. In particular, from 1993 to 2011 he held managerial roles in HR and Organization for companies such as ENI, Saipem, Enipower, Snamprogetti, KPO (in Kazakhstan).
From 2012 to 2014 he worked in SNAM in the Business Development sector, holding the role of HR&HSEQ manager, then that of Chief Corporate Service Officer; later, as Chief Operating Officer Global Solutions, he developed a new international business line in Europe, North Africa, China, Australia.
Since 2020 he has been an executive and independent consultant for public companies and private companies in the field of HR and Business Development.
He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Energy Industrial Association (Italy). He chairs and is a member of the boards of national and international companies in Italy, Austria, Switzerland, France, UK, Albania, Croatia, Romania.
He obtained the honor "Croce Pro Ecclesia et Pontifice" from the Holy See.

Chartered accountant and official auditor, he has been professor of corporate finance at Bocconi University in Milan since 2008.
After graduating in Business Administration at Bocconi University in Milan, I obtained the ITP (International teachers program) at the London Business School (UK).
He directs the REPAiR Research Center at SDA Bocconi and is Senior Lecturer at the same School.
Alongside his academic and research activity, he carries out an intense professional activity, above all as Corporate Advisory ESG/SRI Policies. In 1997, with San Paolo IMI, he designed and built the first mutual investment fund with SRI content.
He is one of the founding partners of E. Capital Partners SpA (Ethical Index management system). After the experience in ECPI Group, he collaborates with Confluence Technologies.
He has been a member of the Board of Directors of numerous companies, including Poba Bank and Atel Impianti SpA (energy).
He is the author of various publications on corporate finance, ESG finance and real estate finance.

A supporter and collaborator of Fondazione Etica for several years, since 2026 he has been a consultant to the REP Research Center for business development in the private sector.
He was a Partner at KPMG, a leading global audit and consulting firm, where he held senior positions in the management of the Brescia office and in coordinating professional teams engaged in auditing activities at leading national and international firms.
Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in managing complex assignments, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and interacting with top management at major organizations.
Alongside his professional activity, he has carried out teaching and training activities at professional associations, universities and as part of KPMG's internal training programmes.
She subsequently pursued training in clinical psychology, earning a degree in Clinical Psychology after a previous degree in Economics and Business. She currently works as a psychologist and psychotherapist in training, integrating her experience in the organizational world with the study of individual and relational psychological processes.

Director of the Foundation, she is involved in the implementation of social impact investment projects, overseeing all phases, from definition to reporting.

Graduated in Foreign Languages and Literature at the State University of Verona, she subsequently obtained a 1st level Master's Degree in Literary Translation at the Catholic University of Milan.
He has extensive experience as Head of the Management and Corporate Secretariat of Guber Banca, a role in which he has explored various issues such as governance, compliance, communication, as well as sustainability ESG.

He is a senior statistician: he deals with the evaluation of public governance, and with the comparative measurement of transparency, anti-corruption and efficiency of Public Administrations.
He is a partner and analyst of REP Srl – Research Center on Public Bodies, research spin-off of Fondazione Etica.
After graduating in Economic Statistics at the Sapienza University of Rome, from 2002 to 2021 he worked for Lazio Innova Spa, in the analysis and studies sector, with particular interest in the social and economic aspects of local development.
He collaborates with the Ca' Foscari University of Venice, and since 2021 he has been a senior economist at PAGOPA, responsible for monitoring and implementing projects managed by the company within the framework of the PNRR.

After obtaining a degree in Political Science and a PhD in International Order and Human Rights at the Sapienza University of Rome, he collaborated with research institutions in the field of human rights, public international law, contributing to legal analyses, drafting reports and articles.
From 2011 to 2015 she worked as assistant to the management of projects funded by the European Union in the third sector, legal analyst at a parliamentary group of the Chamber of Deputies.
He has carried out research activities for the National Federation of Knights of Labor on matters of transparency and anti-corruption.

He is co-founder of Guber SpA, now Guber Banca SpA, of which he is Chief Executive Officer.

Notary in Milan, he is currently professor of commercial law at the Bocconi University of Milan, pro-rector for Academic Governance and relations with institutions and President of the CREDI center (Centre for European Research on Business Law and History "Ariberto Mignoli ").
Author of numerous publications on privatisation, competition law, corporate law, securities markets, industrial law. He has also edited numerous volumes, including, for example, the commentary on TU 58/1998 (Draghi Law), an extensive commentary on law 416/1981 on publishing.
In addition to his academic career, he has held institutional roles, being part of the Commission that drafted the new Consolidated Law on the regulation of publicly traded companies and financial markets promulgated at the beginning of 1998, of the Mirone Commission for the general reform of the law company, as well as the Consultancy and Guarantee Committee for privatizations, set up by the Ciampi Government in 1993.
Furthermore, he is in the direction of the Company and Competition and Market Review. From 2004-2005, he was Chairman of the Board of Directors of RCS Quotidiani, of RCS MediaGroup, and of the Corriere della Sera Foundation.
Finally, he is a member of the Istituto Lombardo Academy of Sciences and Letters.

He worked in contact with the great Italian masters of industrial design, also promoting collaboration with talented young internationals, such as Philippe Starck.
Through its effective contribution, FLOS has aimed at internationalization in the architectural world and in the contract sector. Indeed, in 2009, the Soft Architecture collection obtained prestigious international awards.
Finally, he has held numerous positions: in Assoluce he was President for two three-year periods (from 2008 to 2013) and is currently a member of the Board of Directors, moreover, in Altagamma - a foundation that brings together internationally renowned Italian companies operating in the top market - is a member of the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors.

Among the other positions he is: President of the Giangiacomo Feltrinelli Foundation, President of the Feltrinelli Bookshops, following the split of the Feltrinelli Bookshops (about 100 outlets) and Giangiacomo Feltrinelli Editore.
In addition to his entrepreneurial activity, he is the author of Senior Service, now translated in various countries, including the USA, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Greece, Brazil, Portugal and Russia.

After graduating from the Faculty of Law at the State University of Milan, he founded Cassiopea, a company that deals with communication, with the major Italian groups among his clients.
In addition to communication, she is dedicated to writing articles on the condition of women in the world, on social and customary issues. One of the founders of the Circle of Political Culture "Punto a capo", promotes campaigns for the protection of the rights of Afghan women and for the release of Ingrid Betancourt, with a strong media echo in the European Parliament and the UN.
Finally, he collaborates with numerous foundations: Olivetti Foundation, Olivetti Foundation in the Executive Council, IULM Foundation in the Scientific Committee.

Founding partner of the “Alberto Moro Visconti, Enrico de Castiglione and Roberta Guaineri Law Firm”, she carried out her legal training at the Milan offices and the New York offices of the Baker & Mc.Kenzie Law Firm, as well as at the Bonzano, Guardamagna, Malcovati, Moro Visconti Law Firm, where she was an “associate”.
Finally, she has authored numerous publications on corporate criminal law in specialized journals, also participating as a speaker in various conferences on the subject.

After graduating in Art History at the University of Milan and graduating in Painting at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts, he is currently Full Professor of Artistic Anatomy at the same Academy.
His works are housed in public and private collections in Italy - mainly in Bolzano, Lucca, Rome, Milan, Salerno, San Gimignano, Turin - and abroad, Washington. Many catalogs and literary works have been dedicated to his works.

After graduating in Political Science at the Bocconi University in Milan, he worked as a researcher on a research project on the topic of technical rules and product and management system certification on behalf of Assolombarda.
In the field of managerial management, he worked in Italy and abroad, founding (in 2002) the Omnicom Network, a company specialized in the supply of consultancy services and technological services in ASP mode; leading Business Process Engineering projects; performing, since 2006, the role of Chief Executive Officer of ICMQ India, an organization that provides certification and inspection services in the building sector.
He is currently Assessor EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management), Assessor in the context of Quality Awards at national level (Italy PMI Quality Award, Enterprise Award for Innovation, Quality Award for PA) and regional level, and is also ISO 9001 Auditor , IQNet Auditor (World Association of Certification Bodies) for the "Best Board Practice" scheme, as well as Auditor of the RINA certification scheme to assess compliance with the requirements of Law n. 231 on the liability of directors.
Finally, he is the promoter and coordinator of a Technical Committee for the development of a model for measuring the effectiveness of Corporate Governance processes.
Author of various publications on quality and certification, he has participated in numerous conferences as a speaker and lecturer in national and international conferences dedicated to managerial excellence and training for auditors (ISO 9001).
