The Plan is a laudable initiative, as well as widely anticipated. However, it contains some shortcomings. critical points, which, although the relevant organizational machine is already in motion, can still be remedied, if there is the will to do so.
For this to happen, it is necessary to first agree on how to proceed: as with any public policy, also for this one on housing, to do it well it is necessary starting from the evidence of the numbers, which must to orient, and not necessarily influence, the choices of the public decision maker.
