PNRR training and civic monitoring: the second module for CISL operators is underway.

The training course dedicated to transparency and monitoring of the implementation of the PNRR promoted by LIBenter.

The lessons of the January 28th and of the February 9th will see the participation of researchers Marta D'Onofrio and Giorgia Ficorilli of ours REP Research Center, who will guide participants in the analysis of public data.

The goal is to provide concrete tools for civic monitoring, moving from the regulatory to the applicative level:

  • Right of access: An in-depth look at Legislative Decree 33/2013 and practical management of simple and generalized civic access to documents (FOIA).

  • Data Analysis and Open Data: operational research within the “Transparent Administration” section, the tender portals and the national databases (ANACMEF-BDAP, health).

  • Substantial transparency: methodologies for verifying compliance with publication obligations and the effective availability of information.

This activity is part of a project to strengthen local governance skills, ensuring that monitoring public resources becomes a consistent and technically accurate practice.
