Ethics Foundation with LIBenter at Scuola Common

Saturday 28 October us. we participated in the Common School 2023, organized by Free against the Mafia in Polistena (RC) at the Don Pino Puglisi Multipurpose Centre. We presented the digital platform developed by LIBenter, the temporary association promoted with the Catholic University of Milan and with Libera, which aims to provide a contribution to the best execution of the projects contained in the PNRR through cognitive and concrete tools.

On Saturday morning, Paola Caporossi highlighted the importance of basing monitoring on the collection of comparable data: without data, in fact, subjective perceptions or impressions can be had but, for a scientific and therefore concrete approach, they are needed independent information (which are those published by the bodies themselves), analyzable (for which a work of synthesis of what can be found from different databases in a fragmented way is necessary) and therefore assessable. And it is essential to remember how the evaluation of a Public Administration is not aimed at drawing up a sterile ranking of the best and worst, but at identify the weak points on which to intervene specifically.

And that's the purpose of widespread monitoring which we shared with the monitoring citizens during the afternoon's work. As he recalled Nicoletta Parisi, National Coordinator of LIBenter, citing the quadruple helix model, the civilian component it is the fourth blade that joins the institutions, business and research activities, for the good functioning of an engine. And with the LIB initiativeenter, we really wanted to make this essential component available a digital, intuitive and easily usable application, which guides citizens through the collection of data, allowing subsequent aggregation and rigorous analysis by cluster.

As stated by the President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella, at the ANCI Assembly in Genoa, with reference to the implementation of the PNRR: "So many resources, so many projects together constitute a historic opportunity for the country, with the mobilization of huge amounts, even higher than those of the providential and legendary 'Marshall Plan' in the post-war period“. Precisely because we share this statement, through LIBenter we intend to make every project envisaged in the PNRR monitorable, in order to be able to monitor the use of European and national resources aimed at our restart.
