After graduating in Law from the State University of Milan, she devoted herself to legal practice, specializing in particular in corporate criminal law.
Founding partner of the “Alberto Moro Visconti, Enrico de Castiglione and Roberta Guaineri Law Firm”, she carried out her legal training at the Milan offices and the New York offices of the Baker & Mc.Kenzie Law Firm, as well as at the Bonzano, Guardamagna, Malcovati, Moro Visconti Law Firm, where she was an “associate”.
Finally, she has authored numerous publications on corporate criminal law in specialized journals, also participating as a speaker in various conferences on the subject.
