Common House has opened its doors to welcome the boys and girls of the Argo Center who will periodically take turns with each other to experiment with a new form of cohabitation, which will accompany them on paths of independent living and professionalizing paths.
The first co-housing for young people with cognitive disabilities in Naples is the result of a project promoted and implemented by FOQUS Foundation, Ethical Foundation and Guber Bank, with the contribution of the Municipal Administration of Naples, to which other partners have been added over time: Associazione Quartieri Spagnoli, Consorzio Co.Re. and ENEL Cuore.
In addition to its great social value, this project carries many other meanings: from the recovery of a property confiscated from the Camorra to the creation of new jobs, passing through theinnovative form of social impact investment which our Foundation has been promoting for several years and which, before Casa Comune, saw the creation of Lights in the Park in Tuscany.
The inauguration of Casa Comune was preceded by a press conference in the presence of the Councillors of the Municipality of Naples, Anthony De Jesus and Luke Trapani, by the Director of FOQUS Renato Quaglia, of the President of Guber Francesca Bazoli, by the Project Manager of ENEL Cuore Viviana Scannicchio and our Director Camilla Turelli.
In the videos below you can listen to their words directly and share the satisfaction for this important milestone which, for Fondazione Etica, represents a new step towards systematization of impact banking products.
