The first study seminar \u201cTras.Par.I \u2013 Transparency. Participation. Inclusion<\/strong>\u201c, promoted by IFEL \u2013 Fondazione ANCI, represented a crucial moment to reflect and act towards a more open public administration, closer to citizens.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The proceedings of the Seminar, now available, collect the voices of experts, academics and operators in the sector, offering a complete overview of the challenges and opportunities related to transparency, participation and inclusion.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Paola Caporossi participated for Fondazione Etica, with the speech \u201cTransparency pays off: from data to actions<\/strong>\u201c, forcefully recalling that transparency is not a mere fulfillment, but a real investment for the future of our communities, because it not only strengthens democracy, but also makes administration more efficient.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

But transparency does not stop there. It allows us to \u201cphotograph\u201d the administrative capacity of PAs, identifying strengths and weaknesses.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Furthermore, transparency is also a matter of trust. When PAs are responsible and open, citizens trust them more, and this translates into a stronger and more attractive country.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Of course, data must be usable. This is why tools like the Administrative Capacity Index of Fondazione Etica are so important: they help us \u201cread\u201d the PA, understand what works and what doesn\u2019t.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Transparency can make a difference: from spending on childcare to managing real estate assets, to monitoring public works.<\/p>\n
