The kick-off meeting of the Erasmus+ project for the world of Vocational Education and Training (VET \u2013 Vocational Education and Training), funded by the European Union, which Fondazione Etica was awarded together with General Anti-Corruption Directorate of the Ministry of the Interior of Romania<\/a> and to Directorate of Internal Security of the Ministry of the Interior of Bulgaria<\/a>, was held on Wednesday 20 March in Bucharest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project, entitled Promoting Integrity Through Organizational Change and Behavior Tailored Interventions<\/em>, aims to implement a methodology and a tool assessment <\/em>of the integrity of public personnel, with a view to preventing corruption and improving the performance of Public Administrations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The financed project envisages, during the three years of joint work, an intense exchange of best practices<\/em> and interaction between different types of skills, for the development of integrated tools to adapt to specific national contexts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
