{"id":10024,"date":"2022-10-31T09:05:47","date_gmt":"2022-10-31T08:05:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fondazionetica.it\/?p=10024"},"modified":"2023-02-21T09:56:56","modified_gmt":"2023-02-21T08:56:56","slug":"libenter-evaluation-grid-completed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fondazionetica.it\/en\/libenter-ultimata-la-griglia-di-valutazione\/","title":{"rendered":"LIBenter: evaluation grid completed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Fondazione Etica with Universit\u00e0 Cattolica e Libera, is the promoter of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/libenteritalia.eu\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/libenteritalia.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">LIB enter<\/a><\/strong>, a purpose association for monitoring the PNRR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LIBenter has just completed the evaluation grid, identifying over 60 indicators to monitor and then evaluate the implementation of investment projects in the territories financed by the PNRR.<br>The grid was built by retracing the most important phases of a public contract: the planning of needs; planning (composed of different types of planning, as established by article 23 of the current Code of public contracts); the tender for the assignment of the execution of the public contract; the execution; reporting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The evaluation method is a participatory method, as it has been discussed, verified, corrected with the support of monitoring citizens and communities, under the guidance of Libera and Gruppo Abele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The guide for the use of the evaluation grid by citizens, experts and communities will be published in February.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-buttons-is-layout-a89b3969 wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fondazionetica.it\/en\/what-we-do\/pnrr-monitoring\/\">PNRR monitoring<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fondazione Etica con Universit\u00e0 Cattolica e Libera, \u00e8 promotrice di LIBenter, un\u2019associazione di scopo per il monitoraggio del PNRR.
